    Dear Colleagues,

My co-authors and I are working on an empirical paper which leverages the social identity and diversity literatures to investigate how surface-level differences between supervisors and subordinates (age and country of origin) are related to subordinate perceptions of values similarity and interpersonal affect towards supervisors--and how these perceptions are related to supervisor perceptions of organizational support (POS). We believe our results offer a new way of looking at supervisor POS.

If you or someone you know is organizing a SIOP symposium for which this paper might be a good fit -- or if you have a closely related paper that could be included in a symposium -- please contact me directly: shaunpichler@gmail.com. Thank you.
