The Management Department at the Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina invites applications and nominations for a tenure-track or tenured position in HR/OB. We invite applications from scholars interested in any domain area, and we are particularly interested in receiving applications from candidates whose interests include the management of human capital, broadly defined. While faculty rank is open, consideration of full professors will be limited to situations in which the candidate presents an exceptional record.
The position requires a doctoral degree in management or a related field and the ability to effectively teach specialized and required courses in management at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Candidates must possess a doctorate or expect to complete the doctorate by August 2014.
