    Dear colleagues,

    If you plan to attend the Academy of Management Meeting in Buena Vista/Florida next month, I would like to invite you to the Symposium on Intuition in Organizations: New Research Development that will be held on Monday, August 12, 2013, 4:45-6:15pm at WDW Dolphin Resort, Oceanic 4.

    The symposium has been prepared as follow-up to the previous intuition symposium in San Antonio and will focus on new methodological approaches to intuition research. The program is as follows:

      1. Bjorn Bakken & Thorvald Haerem, NOR - Intuitive Style vs. Processing (quantitative; military personnel)
      2. Christian Harteis, GER – Stimulated Recall Interviews in Experiments (mixed methods; emergency doctors & stock brokers)
      3. Cinla Akinci, UK - Critical Incident Technique (qualitative; strategic decision makers)
      4. JF Coget, US – Dialogical Inquiry (qualitative; film makers, emergency doctors & winemakers)
      5. Marc Stierand, CH - Idiographic Explanatory Phenomenology (qualitative; chefs)
      6. Viktor Dorfler & Colin Eden, UK - Intuitive Cyclic Phenomenology (qualitative; Nobel Laureates)
      7. Marta Sinclair, AUS - Challenges of Research Design (design consistency)
