We are currently performing a meta-analysis on the psychological contract of older workers. For this meta-analysis, we are looking for published and unpublished papers that measured transactional and relational psychological contracts of paid employees. In particular, we are interested in studies that report at least one of the following correlations:
- age with the transactional psychological contract
- age with the relational psychological contract
- age with psychological contract breach / fulfillment
- tenure with the transactional psychological contract
- tenure with the relational psychological contract
- tenure with psychological contract breach / fulfillment
We would be very grateful if you could send us (
tim.vantilborgh@vub.ac.be) any of your published and unpublished papers which include at least one of these correlations
before the 28th of august 2013. If the paper is unpublished (e.g., conference paper, working paper, doctoral dissertation, ...), please also send us the reference to cite this paper. Feel free to forward this call to your colleagues.
