    Would you like to work in Beijing? School of Business at Renmin University of China (RBS) is a leading business school in China, which has been accredited by AACSB and EQUIS and its Business Administration discipline ranks No.1 in China. Our Department of Organization and Human Resources invites applications for Assistant, Associate or Full Professor to teach and to conduct research in one of the following areas: organizational behavior/organization theory/organizational sociology/human resources management, or a closely-related field. Candidates must be able to demonstrate competency and commitment to do both quality teaching and research. Salary is competitive in China and abroad and it will depend on your qualifications, experience as well as research and teaching record. We prefer the candidates with Ph.D. degree who works or studies at a world-class research university and have potential to publish a paper in top international journals in the future three years.
