Hello,
I am looking for an individual, highly complex, business relevant task for my dissertation research and would greatly appreciate any suggestions you may have. The task could be a computer-based business simulation but does not necessarily need to be.
My requirements for the task are as follows:
- Individual task only
- Highly complex
- Requires learning task strategies rather than effort alone
- Objective measure of task performance
- Repeated trials
- Changes across trials (i.e. has dynamic complexity)
- Applicable to business
- Windows based (if computerized)
- Appropriate for undergraduates or MBAs
- Maximum length of 2 hours
- Ideally has identifiable task strategies whose usage can be tracked
