    Dear Colleagues,

I'm currently working on a leadership pipeline model based around a competency model to be used for an executive coaching program and assessment center. Essentially, it can be thought of as a hierarchical competency model accounting for behaviors needed to be successful in various leadership roles at different levels within large organizations.

I'm writing to ask if anyone has recommendations for both scholarly as well as non-scholarly literature that speaks to leadership pipelines, succession planning, etc. I'd also love to know if any of you are doing work in this area.

Thank you so much in advance!

    Best,
