    I am looking for a culture/climate assessment tool for an OD project. Any recommendations? Thank you in advance.

    Human Synergistics International (HSI).

    I recommend Cameron & Quinn's Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) which works in conjunction with the Competing Values Framework.

    Check out Diagnosing & Changing Organizational Culture, Cameron & Quinn, 2011. It includes material on both the OCAI and the Competing Values Framework.

    Hi Cheryl,

    You can also see Udai Pareek's OCTAPACE instrument. It is a well accepted and valid instrument. It is available in the book Training Instruments in HRD and OD by Udai Pareek (Tata McGraw Hill)
