We are currently conducting a meta-analysis on trust in virtual and face-to-face teams and we would like to kindly ask you for your support.
We investigate the relationship between trust and team effectiveness. We are interested in team performance data as well as in subjective ratings of team effectiveness, for instance, perceived team performance, satisfaction, cohesion, or motivation.

In addition to published studies on this topic, we would like to include unpublished work as well as "in press" studies in our meta-analysis. Therefore, if you have any results on the relationship between trust and team effectiveness, we would be very thankful to receive information about this work (email address: christina.heckersbruch@uni-muenster.de). For coding purposes we would need details on the main results, on the research design and methods of the study, and on instructions used.
