I am preparing to teach a Research Topics in Leadership course to
graduate students here in China (in English). I plan to cover one key
empirical article each class for up to 18 classes in a graduate seminar
format (with a group of students leading discussion each class). In the
interest of selecting the 18 articles that best reflect the body and
contribution of leadership research as a whole, I would appreciate your
input on the journal articles that you believe are a "must" to include
in a course such as this one.
