Dear Sir or Madam,
my name is Julia Hartmann and I am a PhD student at the University of Konstanz, Germany. Our research team, under the direction of Prof. Dr. Sabine Boerner, is conducting a meta-analysis on the impact of gender diversity on different work-related and performance outcomes. For this purpose, we are attempting to locate unpublished quantitative studies that may be of relevance to our investigation.
Specifically, we are interested in studies that report correlations between...
- ... gender diversity (or rather gender heterogeneity, etc.)
AND
- ... work-related outcomes (assessed quantitatively at team and/or organizational level):
- job satisfaction
- (team) conflict
- cohesion
- extra role performance
- ... performance outcomes (assessed quantitatively at team and/or organizational level):
- objective performance criteria (e.g. ROA, ROE, profitability, Tobin's Q, stock price, reputation, or other measures that capture performance)
- subjective ratings of performance (e.g. (team) effectiveness, innovativeness, creativity)
In case your research includes any of the aforementioned variables, we would be very grateful to receive a short message from you with a description of the study sample as well as the entire correlation matrix as we are also interested in exploring potential moderator variables. Or, in the event your study has been published in a journal, we would appreciate learning where we could find this article.
Please send this information to Julia Hartmann at julia.hartmann@uni-konstanz.de at your earliest convenience, but if possible by June 15th, 2013. Thank you in advance for your help on our research!
Kind regards,
Julia Hartmann, Dipl.-Psych.
