    Good afternoon all!

    Just a reminder - and apologies for cross posting.

    Southern Management Association is again sponsoring a consortium for people who are interested in pursuing doctoral studies.  The initiative includes a pre-doctoral paper track and a half-day consortium in November, in fabulous New Orleans.  Those with accepted papers will receive priority for consortium funding ($500 per participant).

    The deadline for paper submission is THIS FRIDAY, April 19th!  So if you have a student or former student that is interested in pursuing a doctoral degree in management, please encourage them to submit a paper.   The criteria for pre-doctoral papers differs somewhat from the norm, in that such things as literature reviews would be acceptable submissions.  Do you have any students that are interested in getting a PhD that wrote an awesome term paper for you?  Have them submit it...

    Consortium applications are due September 1st (well after paper decisions have been sent out).  Please see the attached application.
