    Colleagues:

If you use The Ropes to Skip and the Ropes to Know in your OB or OT course, I would like to ask a favor. Please consider sending a back-cover blurb of 1 to 5 sentences to slevy@scu.edu. This would be used for marketing purposes. The kind of blurb that would be ideal, and I'm paraphrasing my editor here, is a quick note highlighting some of your favorite parts of the text or ideas for how to use it or even why you think it's such a valuable teaching/ learning tool. I'm talking about just a few sentences-- something short and sweet!

If you have a sample syllabus that incorporates the book--one that you would be willing to share--I would appreciate that as well. Sample syllabi are great tools to help instructors incorporate the text.

Finally, the editor says that "Some authors keep a list of colleagues to whom we can send specialized email messages to encourage their adoption of the book from a different angle." If you know of any such list, would you be kind enough to share that information with me?
