Pretest recommendations

    Dear OB-LIST members,

    I'm planning a study based on scenarios to test negative emotions and performance. I will first conduct a pretest of one of the manipulations I'm planning to use. 

    I would appreciate if you could give me some references and/or practical recommendations to follow when conducting the pretest.
