Dear OB Researchers and Practitioners,
Apologies for cross-posting!
We'd like to invite you to take a 5-minute survey with only 14 questions on how you typically deal with "careless" respondents in survey studies. Insufficient Effort Responding (IER) referred to as a response style engaged by under-motivated respondents (Huang, Curran, Keeney, Poposki, & Deshon, 2012). In the current study, we wanted to know the common strategies taken to tackle issues with IER.
