My name is Chao Miao, and I am a doctoral candidate in the Department of Management at Virginia Commonwealth University. I am working on a project with Drs. Allison Gabriel and Sven Kepes, also at Virginia Commonwealth University, and we are writing to you to inquire about data you may have on the topic of guanxi.
Currently, we are working on a systematic review of the literature on individual-level guanxi (both guanxi quality [supervisor, employees] and guanxi practice [including guanxi orientation]) and are looking to obtain unpublished manuscripts on the topic, especially the ones with correlation coefficients involving individual level guanxi, to make our review as comprehensive as possible. If you have any unpublished correlation matrices on the topic and are willing to share them, we kindly ask that you email them to us at your convenience (miaoc@vcu.edu). We are also open to individuals sending us raw data files for us to run the calculations on if it is easier. We greatly appreciate your time and cooperation.
