    Dear Colleagues,

We are seeking potential collaborators for a symposium session on Distance, Leadership and Power (final title TBD) for the upcoming 2013 AOM conference. We are looking for a forth paper to be included in our symposium.

The main goal of this session is to gain a better understanding of the role distance plays in processes of leadership and power. In this symposium we wish to explore the different ways in which distance influences perception and exertion of power and leadership, as well as the way that leadership and power shape perceptions of distance in organizations.

If you have research in this area and would like to participate, or wish to discuss this further, please email Ronit Kark (karkronit@gmail.com), or Moran Anisman Razin (moran.anismanrazin@gmail.com).

Thanks and looking forward to future collaborations!

    Happy new year,

    Ronit
