    The Management Department at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina invites applications for a tenure track or tenured position.  While rank is open, consideration of full professors will be limited to where the candidate presents an exceptional record. We will be searching for candidates with interests linked to human capital and organizational capabilities (broadly defined). As such, we are open to candidates who focus on organizational behavior, human resources, or strategic management. Candidates must possess a doctorate in management or a related field or expect to complete the doctorate by August 2013. The ideal candidate will be able demonstrate the ability to produce high quality research and teaching excellence.
     

    The position requires a doctoral degree in management or a related field and the ability to effectively teach specialized and required courses in management at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Candidates must possess a doctorate or expect to complete the doctorate by August 2013.
