My co-author Aarti Ramaswami (ESSEC Business School) and I are looking for a symposium to submit an abstract for our conceptual paper on the psychological processes of person-environment fit, as well as the effects of national culture on such processes. The themes of the symposium could be: Person-environment fit, Cross-cultural/International Management, or something on the lines of Building and Extending Organizational Theory.
If you feel that our paper can be incorporated into the symposium you are organizing along the above mentioned or related themes, please do let us know – we are happy to send further details about the paper.
