Dr. Upasana and I are seeking expressions of interest from potential
contributors to a presenter symposium submission for next year's Academy of
Management (AOM) conference, to be held in Florida, 9-13 August 2013. This
symposium aims to present and discuss studies that address conceptual and
methodological advances identified in recent work in the area of
psychological contract in India. Empirical papers using either quantitative
or qualitative approaches are especially welcome. This opportunity will
serve as a forum for the exchange of ideas among scholars and practitioners;
advancing our understanding of psychological contract in India. We seek
diverse contributions, and hope to gather an exciting mix of participants.
There is room for three or four papers in the symposium. If interested,
please send me preliminary information about your paper (title and abstract)

2012. The synopsis (four-five pages long) of your papers should be sent to
