    The Department of Psychology at Kansas State University invites applicants for the position of Assistant Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. This is a tenure-track position and the salary is competitive. ABDs with evidence of substantial progress towards completion will be considered for appointment, but are expected to have earned the Ph.D. at the time of appointment.  Evidence of strong teaching skills is a positive.

    The position will be available for the fall semester of 2013. Responsibilities will include teaching two courses per semester (graduate and undergraduate). Candidates will be expected to establish a strong research program as evidenced by publications and presentations, acquisition of extramural funding, and successful supervision of graduate students' research. Candidates' focus of research and teaching interests within I/O psychology are open. The successful candidate should also demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching and mentoring of students and to serving a diverse population.
