The Department of Management in the School of Business at Providence College is seeking a full-time, tenure-track faculty member in Organizational Behavior at the rank of Assistant Professor, commencing August 2016. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and MBA courses in Organizational Behavior. Teaching and research interests in secondary areas such as human resource management, ethics, leadership or teams would be valued. A Ph.D. in organizational behavior or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited institution is required. ABD's with anticipated completion by the time of appointment will also be considered.
The Department of Management is also seeking a full-time, tenure-track faculty member in Strategic Management at the rank of Assistant Professor, commencing August 2016. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and MBA courses in Strategic Management. Teaching and research interests in secondary areas such as innovation, entrepreneurship, or international business would be valued. A Ph.D. or D.B.A. in strategy or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited institution is required. ABD's with anticipated completion by the time of appointment will also be considered.
