    Greeting Academic Friends and Colleagues-

    This email serves as a request for information. I have currently been tasked with serving as the course coordinator for the business schools "Principles of Management" course. As many of you are aware the Principles or Fundamentals of Management course is often a core course in many business school curriculums. For this reason, I am seeking information about how various schools structure and coordinate this course. Information that would be helpful include but not limited to:

    1. The number of sections of the course taught per semester
    2. How standardized is the course across the sections? (I.e. Standard syllabus, standard exam, book, goals, etc)
    Any information that you may be able to provide would be very much appreciated. In addition, if you are willing to share documents that may assist in my efforts this is also welcomed.

    Should anyone else need this information once I have compiled it, I would be willing to shared the data.

    I would recommend speaking with Kathy Utecht at Sam Houston State University.  She does a great deal of work in this area.
