I am currently working on a paper describing middle manager's participation in the strategy development process. Based on the procedural justice literature, I identified the distinction between voice and choice as a first dimension. The second dimension is the difference between group participation and participation as a dyadic relationship between supervisor and subordinate (borrowed from literature on the design of management information systems). Both dimensions are, however, simulated in an experiment and I would like to conduct survey research...So I'm looking for papers that operationalized voice/choice and/or dyadic/group participation.
