    Hello,

I am planning to teach change management next semester to MBA students. I was wondering if you can help me with suggestions on the textbook, cases, exercises and other material. This is my first time teaching this topic so any suggestion and guidance is appreciated, especially if the material have a multicultural perspective.

    Best,
    Sara

    Hi Sara,

Cary Cooper & I wrote a paper some years ago entitled Obstacles to Effective Organizational Change: The Underlying Reasons for the Leadership and Organisational Development Journal. Although there's been a lot of water under the bridge since then, the bibliography was quite comprehensive. You may find the summary of those sources to be a useful background as you prepare your course.
