    Human Relations: The Department of Human Relations at the University of Oklahoma invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor starting August 16, 2013. 

    The Department of Human Relations is an interdisciplinary program that utilizes theory and research in its approach to working with people, organizations, and communities to promote social change. Core areas of our program include organizational studies, conflict resolution, counseling and human services, social change, and diversity studies. Applicants must have a doctorate in a social or behavioral science, management, or other relevant field; be qualified to teach at the undergraduate and graduate level, and to teach graduate and undergraduate core courses and electives in organizational studies. Normal duties consist of teaching four courses each academic year. Applicants must have completed a doctorate in a relevant discipline by August 15, 2013, and have a well-articulated research agenda.
