I am looking for a Video case on change management that works with an

My colleague Professor Richard Badham uses the Jamie Oliver School Dinners videos for his change management class at MGSM.  It's not a case per se but it really works well in his MBA classes which has a high professional, older student demographic.

    cheers

    Dear Andreas,

HBS has a new multimedia case on change management at the North American
retailer lululemon. I used it in my MBA class last year and found it to be
    very effective.

The video "Managing transcultural conflicts in organisations by
Mayer/Boness touches on conflict and change management processes in
African contexts and can be used with MBA, Master students as well as
    with managers in international companies.

    Andreas,

The video that might do the job is "Made in America? Who is the Enemy? (A 1992 PBS a documentary in three one-hour segments). I use the segment on Chrysler (and the auto industry) because there are so many things that have happened to this company that it is to me the most valuable live case you can find. I have shown the whole 55 minute segment at once and this materials has been great for many other activities in the semester (Used in the capstone course –strategy, and in Organizational Behavior and Org Theory courses). I have shown the first part first which covers a little about the history of the industry, and work with that with the students. Then I show the rest and do some other exercises. It is also combined with the most recent history of the company. The Daimler 1998 deal, and later the sell! And I have a more recent video clip from CBS 60 Minutes News Magazine which discusses the new Chrysler CEO Mr. Mangioni, and the relationship with FIAT. Changes, changes, and more changes! And they are all real!

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks,

    Ivan
