    Hello Elena

    I would recommend reviewing a recently published book by Mee-Yan Cheung Judge and Linda Holbeche on Organizational Development. It is an excellent resource as it is grounded in traditional OD theory and provides an overview of the various OD interventions available to practitioners. There are also few chapters specifically on organizational  change.
