Dear colleagues,
loyalty of co-workers, team-members, and employees in general are of great interest for ages. Although it has been intensively researched –similar to the related concept of organizational commitment– solid knowledge regarding determinants, processes, and consequences is difficult to discern.
Our intention is to offer a platform for scholars, executives, and students to elaborate more deeply into the phenomenon and to identify interesting areas for future research activities.
Hence, we would like to invite you to actively participate in the Professional Development Workshop (PDW) entitled 'Employee Loyalty and Organizational Commitment Revisited - Exploring Future Research Opportunities'.
