    The Management and Organization Department at the Michael G. Foster School of Business, University of Washington invites applications from qualified candidates for a full-time tenure-track position in Organizational Behavior beginning in September, 2013. Rank is at the Assistant Professor level. We seek candidates who have an active program of research and teaching in organizational behavior and who have the potential to perform well in graduate teaching. PhD is required. Salary is extremely competitive. Applications must be received no later than October 1, 2012.

    The Foster School of Business is well known for its MBA program, as well as undergraduate, PhD and Executive programs. Faculty engage in teaching, research and service. The Foster School recently moved into its new home Paccar Hall, a 135,000 square feet state-of-the-art classroom and faculty office building.     The Department of Business Administration in the Williams School of Commerce, Economics & Politics at Washington and Lee University invites applications for a tenure-track position as an assistant professor (preferably advanced) or associate professor with a PhD in Management or Industrial/Organizational Psychology with teaching experience in Organizational Behavior and with the ability to teach a course in strategic management beginning in August 2016. Candidates applying at the Assistant Professor level should have at least three years of successful teaching experience at an AACSB accredited institution.

    This position requires a strong commitment to excellence in teaching in an undergraduate liberal arts environment. A qualified candidate must demonstrate the capacity to conduct ongoing scholarly research that is consistent with the rank sought. The position requires appropriate service contributions to the W&L community.

    The successful applicant will teach required and elective organizational behavior courses as well as our capstone course in strategic management. W&L provides faculty the opportunity to develop appropriate courses that are of interest to the faculty member and for which there may be student demand. In particular we are interested in the areas of leadership, managing diversity, effective team management, and managing creative employees. Candidates with an interdisciplinary approach incorporating the liberal arts, natural sciences, and/or social sciences are strongly encouraged to apply.
