    Dear Colleagues,

    I am giving a workshop on supportive communication and communication effectiveness -- with a focus on "difficult conversations", which includes, for instance, communicating negative information/performance feedback in an effective/supportive way.

    If you have any materials that you would be willing to share -- e.g., exercises, videos, cases, handouts/slides, etc., that would be greatly appreciated. Of course, if there is interest, I would be happy to compile these materials and send back to the OB Listserv.
