    Melbourne Business School is currently hiring at Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level in the field of organizational behaviour (OB) / human resource management (HRM).  The Organisations group is responsible for teaching the core micro-OB/HRM and leadership subjects as well as a range of electives including change management, diversity, leadership, and negotiation. The primary teaching responsibility of the successful candidate will be the core micro OB/HRM subject in the MBA program. In addition, the successful applicant will be expected to contribute to research in the OB/HRM field. We offer an attractive remuneration package, relocation expenses, and a research allowance.

    Applicants must have a PhD in a relevant field, some years of MBA teaching experience with a demonstrated record of teaching excellence, and a distinguished record of research in the OB/HRM field, as evidenced by publications in top ranking journals.
