Dear Colleagues,
My summer mentee, Ashley, and I are collaborating on a meta-analysis of goal orientation (PPGO, APGO, and LGO) and leadership effectiveness and outcomes, behaviors/styles and motivational outcomes. We have conducted a thorough search of the major electronic databases (e.g., APA, ABI) for published articles relating to these topics. In particular, we are interested in articles published since 1990. We are also looking for any in progress or unpublished works that fit our requirements.
Please send these papers via email to me directly at amy-kristof-brown@uiowa.edu or to Ashley at ashley-membere@uiowa.edu. We of course are committed to using the manuscripts for the purposes of our analyses only, and will not under any circumstances re-distribute your working papers.
