Have you ever considered how an individual's spirituality or religion might impact their workplace behavior?  Wanted to publish a paper about managing from a spiritual perspective or in a religious organization but weren't sure where to begin?  Then join us for this year's Management, Spirituality, and Religion (MSR) Research Incubator will be held at the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management in Boston on Saturday morning, August 4th.

This no cost professional development workshop provides a forum for those interested in MSR research to share ideas, solicit feedback from leading experts in the field, and develop research project ideas that have the potential for publication in leading management journals.  We will begin with a brief discussion of each of the four panelist's area of interest and then break into small groups for more in-depth conversations.

In addition, we are very pleased to announce that distinguished scholars Jody Fry and Avi Kay have agreed to review participants' research in an effort to aid in the development of MSR-related research.  In order to honor their time, we are only accepting a limited number papers for review; papers will be accepted on a first come first served basis.  We ask that you condense your research idea into no more than five pages, double-spaced for them to review and offer feedback.  Time may be available the day of the PDW for additional conversations regarding the research reviews.  Please submit your research ideas to Emily Lean at elean@uu.edu no later than June 15, 2012.

For additional information regarding each panelists' research interests, please visit our Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/MSRResearchIncubator.  The goal of this session is to develop working partnerships with publications in mind.

Pre-registration is encouraged. To register, please visit https://secure.aomonline.org/pdwreg/logon.asp.  We encourage you to send specific questions you would like answered to our Facebook page.

We look forward to seeing you all in Boston!
