Our research team from University of South Florida and Portland State University is currently collecting unpublished studies for a meta-analysis on climates of mistreatment (e.g., workplace climate of incivility/civility, climate of bullying, violence prevention climate). We are contacting this listserv to inquire whether any members would be willing to share unpublished work related to this topic. Specifically, we are interested in climates of mistreatment as they relate to a broad range of work- and health-related variables.
