I have a student who is looking for methods or literature about how to increase motivation and commitment to a community service project and reduce social loafing that are applicable for Vietnam. The project he is working on would involve Vietnemese college students working in small teams on community service projects. Does anyone have any methods that are applicable for Vietnam or have suggestions about where he can look for literature and resources? I will forward any information onto him.
