    Dear all:

I am doing a paper on the impact of role perceptions and role identity on movie deals. I have found some wonderful literature on role identity and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in organizations, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any literature on how roles are constructed or modified through interorganizational processes, such as, but not limited to, deal-making.

    Hi John,

Perhaps you might find this article relevant:

Murphy, S. E., & Ensher, E. A. (2008). A qualitative analysis of charismatic leadership in creative teams: The case of television directors. The Leadership Quarterly, 19, 335–352.
