Hi Remi!
Please approach your search for scales with the following pointers in mind:
a. Employees' job satisfaction (Wherein, employee's satisfaction would
be a consequent variable, and, work environment would be antecedent
variable. And, within the work environment variable should be included
a host of other sub-variables.)
b. Employees' performance (Wherein, employee's performance would be a
function of his work environment. Here, I actually perceive that your
study is a replication of Hawthorne experiements, Remi!)
There would be so many mediating and moderating variables involved in
this study. And, a similar quantum of scales.)
Regards,
Stuti.
