    Dear colleagues,

Please accept my apologies for cross-posting.

I am completing a quantitative review of the literature on employee reactions (e.g., satisfaction, fairness/justice, utility, etc.) to performance appraisal. I would like to kindly ask you to send me any unpublished manuscripts (including papers presented at conferences, meetings, such as SIOP and AoM as well as dissertations or theses) that you would like to potentially be included. I am particularly interested studies which measure process-related correlates, such as due process characteristics (e.g., an appeals process, frequency of feedback, performance standards, appraisal participation/self-rating, etc.) and/or supervisor characteristics (e.g., consideration, perceptions of bias, etc.).

If you have any relevant work on performance appraisal reactions that is unpublished, recently published or in press, please send it to me directly at: shaunpichler@gmail.com.

    Thank you.

    Best,

    Shaun
