Dear OB listserv'ers,
My colleagues and I are looking for an experimental (i.e., lab)
performance task that can be used with undergraduate students where
the task produces outputs that can be assessed both in terms of
quantity and quality (e.g., creativity - but excluding brainstorming
tasks). We're familiar with task paradigms that are used to assess
one or the other, but we are having trouble finding a task where both
can be assessed. So, we thought we'd draw on the collective knowledge
of the list - does anyone have any suggestions?
