    Dear Colleagues:

     

    I am looking for a validated instrument designed to assess an individual's team skills.  If the instrument is a survey based tool, ideally it would have parallel forms that could be used for pre and post intervention assessments. I will compile a list of the recommendations I receive and distribute to all.
