    Dear OBers,

    I am looking for studies that have manipulated task-focused/person-focused leadership styles by providing instructions and guidelines to the team leader. Most of the studies that I have found use trained confederates to practice person-focused/task-focused leadership behaviors. Any help in pointing me in the right direction is greatly appreciated.
