Dear colleagues,
My coauthors and I are conducting a meta-analysis on leadership in teams. We aim to examine leadership styles (Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership, Ethically Leadership, LMX) and their association with several outcomes (e.g., performance, job satisfaction, commitment) at the individual and team level of analysis. We have conducted a comprehensive search of the published literature and are now seeking unpublished papers that cover the relationship between leadership styles and outcomes.
If you have any conference presentations, dissertations, unpublished/in press papers, we would be grateful if you share them with us. It would be much appreciated if you could send your work within the next 2 weeks via email to a.deinert@jacobs-university.de. We are particularly interested in the correlation tables and the sample characteristics. Your unpublished findings are valuable contributions to our meta-analysis and will be cited in our eventual paper. We will also keep you informed about the results.
For your interest, I am a doctoral student at Jacobs University Bremen (Germany) and my project is supervised by Dr. Diana Boer, Dr. Astrid Homan and Prof. Sven Voelpel.
