Dear all,
We (Songqi Liu, Jason Huang, and Mo Wang) are searching for
experimental (or quasi-experimental) studies examining the
effectiveness of job search interventions. Specifically, we are
interested in quantitative studies comparing the intervention group
and the control group on post-intervention outcomes, which include job
search related cognitions (e.g., self-efficacy and psychological
well-being), behaviors (e.g., job search intensity), and outcomes
(e.g., number of interviews, employment status, starting salary,
person-job fit, and job satisfaction). We have conducted a
comprehensive search of the published literature and are now seeking
unpublished works that cover these variables.
If you have any conference presentations, dissertations,
unpublished/in press papers, or new data collection efforts you might
be willing to share with us, please contact Songqi Liu
(
sul45@psu.edu). We would include or cite your work in our paper.
Thanks in advance for your assistance!
With apologies for cross-postings.
Songqi Liu, Jason Huang, and Mo Wang
