Take care! Please read: Ashkanasy, N. M., & Daus, C. S. (2005). Rumors of the death of emotional intelligence in organizational behavior are vastly exaggerated. Journal of Organizational Behavior, 26, 441-452. Cathy and I differentiate three "streams" of EI research – and these are not equivalent. For a recent meta-analysis based on the three-streams approach see: O'Boyle, E. J., Humphrey, R. H., Pollack, J. M., Hawver, T. H., & Story, P. A. (2011). The performance outcomes of emotional intelligence: An updated meta-analysis. Journal of Organizational Behavior, 32, 788-818.

Hi Matt
I find the Swinburne University EI Test very useful developed by Palmer et al. You could also try the Wong et al test.
Kind regards
Sumona

Hello all,
Is anyone aware of a psychometrically tested and validated (i.e., predictive of individual work outcomes) Emotional Intelligence self and other assessment? It will be used for research purposes only. The assessment can be based on any popular theoretical model, but multiple dimensions would be preferred. Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Matt
