    VISITING PROFESSOR ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR 2012-2013

     

    Suffolk University Sawyer Business School is seeking applications for a VISITING PROFESSOR to teach in our management program within the Management and Entrepreneurship Department beginning August 2012. Located in the center of Boston, Suffolk University Sawyer Business School has a dual mission of preparing successful leaders in global business and public service by offering full-time and part-time undergraduate and graduate degree programs. We are internationally accredited in business and accounting by AACSB.

     

    The visiting professor will teach 3 courses each semester including Managing Across Cultures and Organizational Behavior within our undergraduate program. Qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Behavior, published research and successful teaching experience.  The position is available for the 2012-2013 academic year.  Review of applications will begin on April 2, 2012 and continue until the position is filled.  Applicants should send their vita and evidence of research and teaching effectiveness to Emily Pytka.  E-mail: epytka@suffolk.edu.

     

    The Management and Entrepreneurship Department consists of 14 full-time, high quality scholars and teachers. Our Management major is consistently one of the largest programs within the Sawyer Business School with approximately 400 majors and minors. We offer courses in the areas of leadership, managing change, creativity and innovation, negotiation, human resource management, small business management and our senior project capstone course. In addition, our faculty members offer a variety of courses within the Organizational Behavior concentration in the MBA program and participate as scholars within the Center for Innovation and Change Leadership.
