    We are starting a research project on the placement of people with disabilities within workgroups of non-disabled employees. The goal of the project will be to investigate factors related to the acceptance of the disabled newcomer by colleagues and
    the success of the placement. We conducted a first review on the literature but find only very few studies on this topic. Our question therefore is if you know of any studies on the placement of people with disabilities. Any suggestions or relevant citations would be greatly appreciated.
