FACULTY POSITION IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR
The Department of Management in the College of Business at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is accepting applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level for Fall 2012.
Applicants must possess a Ph.D. or DBA in human resource management (HRM), organizational behavior (OB) or related disciplines from an AACSB School or College of Business or ILR School at the time of appointment. Candidates should have specific research and teaching interests primarily in HRM and secondarily in OB, an established record of research, with publications in the major management journals and high quality teaching. Successful candidates will be expected to be significantly involved in the Department's and College's research and graduate programs and teach a variety of courses at the undergraduate, MBA and Ph.D. levels. Senior Assistants and Associates are strongly encouraged to apply. Salaries are competitive.
