The Krannert School of Management at Purdue University invites applicants for a Continuous Term Lecturer appointment in organizational behavior and human resource management (OBHR)beginning fall 2012.  Candidates will be expected to teach both organizational behavior and human resource management in our graduate and undergraduate programs.  A successful candidate will have a demonstrated record of excellence in teaching preferably at comparable schools.   A Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required.  Applications will be reviewed beginning February 15, 2012 and will continue until position is filled.  Applications should include vitae, evidence of teaching performance, and three letters of reference.  A background check will be required for employment in this position.
