Dear all,
I'm looking for a good measurement scale for team learning for my survey. It may be good to note that I'm not looking for a measure on team learning as a process variable (i.e. knowledge sharing, reflexivity, information seeking). I'm looking for a measure of team learning as an outcome variable, which reflects the extent to which the team's potential action repertoire has improved or expanded (for instance, as a result of having to deal with a non-routine event). Please let me know if you are aware of such a scale.
Many thanks!
